ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, FAM TEAM
The ever-growing FAM (Fun, Fitness And More) team has immediate openings for an entry-level role: Account Coordinator.
The AC is the backbone of a successful account team, helping to keep us organized and informed, while also assisting with the execution of integrated communications campaigns. You’ll work on 2-3 consumer brands, focusing on PR programs that include earned media storytelling, influencer programming, and bold creative platforms.
Media Relations
- Capture the attention of national media by building media lists using resources such as Cision and Muckrack
- Begin to form relationships with key media contacts
- Help to craft pitches
- Conduct media outreach and secure coverage
- Monitor for client, competitor and industry coverage
- Conduct in depth media research and manual audits of media coverage; synthesize and recap findings for teams
Project Management
- Serve as coordinator of your team, schedule internal/client calls
- Set call agendas and share comprehensive recaps

As a Supervisor, you will help lead some of our biggest food, beverage and CPG brands. You’ll be responsible for the development and execution of successful client programs. You’ll possess skills in program development, client relations, people and agency management, as well as marketing savvy. You will be a key player in selling in new projects and participating and leading new business and existing client presentations. You’ll also manage an amazing, passionate and talented team.
Who You Are
- A current Account Supervisor (or equivalent title with 7+ years of experience in marketing/public relations)
- An integrated and passionate leader with experience owning and running a piece of business
- Can lead omni-channel planning and workstreams including: earned media, influencer, social media, creative, experiential and research.
- Experience in managing food/bev and CPG brands.

What You’ll Do

Position Overview:
As Copy Supervisor, you will be responsible for ideating, developing, and executing creative concepts and copy for a variety of 360, cross-channel campaigns and initiatives. About The Job:
We are looking for a junior designer to join our growing team. This person will collaborate with other designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors to craft the design vision for various types of projects. They are passionate about various design spaces and styles, from graphic design, to illustration, to typography, to photo retouching and compositing, to design systems and principles. Along with working in those spaces, they’re also familiar with the process of translating designs and content for different digital platforms and other mediums when needed. They are highly motivated and are looking to grow alongside us. The candidate will be part of a creative team of 15+ and will report to an art director.
Day-to-day activities:
- Understand and apply design principles and fundamentals to create a variety of design assets
- Meet client needs by creating deliverables alongside a team of fellow creatives
- Ensure that clients’ messaging and brands are conveyed effectively, especially through the use of brand guides and design systems
- Be able to apply visual styles across different applications and platforms
- Experiment and explore with different design treatments and mediums

You’ll be responsible for the growth of account(s) as well as the development and execution of client programs. What You’ll Do
- Be client relationship lead, and serve as a trusted voice and advisor
- Dissect client business objectives/goals and craft strategies that achieve those goals in a disruptive fashion
- See the future - ID the trends, people, brands that are relevant and complement the clients and work we do
- Develop strategic recommendations and sell-in programming (across both influencer and PR)
- Manage a team and all workflow across the full account, including overseeing all programs and managing the budgeting and staffing of the business

What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of marketing experience; experience with beauty, skin, and personal care brands a must
- The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in consumer marketing specifically: traditional public relations, large integrated programming, and influencer marketing/strategy (organic and paid)
- Experience in influencer marketing - from strategy to execution, including tastemaker/influencer ID, negotiation and activation management
- Experience in public relations – traditional media, digital, and nuanced integrated campaigns
- Proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, think strategically and build of-the-moment and future-forward collaborations that transcend culture
- Ability to “roll with it” and be nimble when there are changes to pathways and needs to counsel on pivots
- Ability to counsel and provide ongoing strategic POVs
- Ability to command a room and get stakeholder buy-in from multiple channels
- Experience managing budgets, reviewing client invoices and resource allocation
