ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, FAM TEAM

The ever-growing FAM (Fun, Fitness And More) team has immediate openings for an entry-level role: Account Coordinator. 

The AC is the backbone of a successful account team, helping to keep us organized and informed, while also assisting with the execution of integrated communications campaigns. You’ll work on two consumer brands, focusing on PR programs that include earned media storytelling, influencer programming, and bold creative platforms. 

Media Relations

  • Capture the attention of national media by build media lists using resources such as Cision and Muckrack
  • Begin to form relationships with key media outlets

Influencer Programming

  • Build influencer rosters

Project Management

What You’ll Do:

As an Account Supervisor, you’ll be helping to manage and execute key PR and influencer initiatives for an anchor beauty business, with a lot of opportunity for growth and visibility. You’ll project manage integrated programs, lead and inspire junior staffers; and, most importantly, work with a very talented, very collaborative, and inspiring team that will have your back no matter what. In this role, you will work on the dermatology (“derma”) side of the Beiersdorf business on Eucerin and Aquaphor accounts. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent client service and account management

As an Account Supervisor, you are a team lead on running critical pieces of the business, managing account teams and being a client counselor.  You’ll manage complex projects, lead and inspire team reports, manage IAT relationships and serve as a client counselor on the PR, partnerships and influencer programming front. 

You are a key member of new business pitches as well as selling in projects to clients. Position overview

In this role, you will actively communicate and collaborate with our team of creatives and digital strategists to co-create concepts and content for the digital space (social media, web, etc) through the techniques of 3D, motion, video, and design. We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our growing team. This person will collaborate with designers, illustrators, art directors, and creative directors to develop the motion and design vision for various types of projects. Position Overview

The creative team at M Booth is looking for a Senior Director, Project Management who is responsible for budgeting, planning, overseeing and driving progress on projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several work streams simultaneously. This role sits primarily on the creative team so a knowledge of creative work and execution is preferred. The ideal candidate is very organized, proactive, communicative, confident and has experience working directly with account teams and clients to track programs and ensure deliverables are on time and within the applicable scope and budget. The candidate will coordinate between Creative and Account teams  to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will orchestrate outsourcing requests as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, managing and updating budgets  and timelines for projects (both short and long term) ranging from incremental one-off projects to client SOW.
  • Proactively ensuring timelines are progressing and team members are meeting deadlines
  • Work with the account team to oversee and track budget. Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Assists in budgeting fee on production of photoshoots and video shoots when needed.

Additionally, as influencers more and more are not just moving forward brand objectives but are driving cultural movements, you will have a seat at the table helping guide key clientele on culture strategy.   • Hours: 35 hours/week
  • Compensation: $17/hour
  • Location: Remote or New York office 

Our Flexible Work Policy: 

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event. 

For those outside the NYC hub, you will be asked to be in person too. Examples of this may include client meetings, events or team meetings. There will also be in person opportunities for you to connect with others who live in your hub to collaborate and work together.
