What You’ll Do:
As an Account Executive, you’ll be helping execute key PR and influencer initiatives for an anchor beauty business, with a lot of opportunity for growth and visibility. Key responsibilities include:

The Role
M Booth is seeking an Account Supervisor to join a team working on a large skincare brand and CPG organization, working across the consumer comms and employee engagement accounts. In this role, you will join a team that’s just getting started and help shape it - from both a structure and best practices lens.
The ideal candidate is a beauty/skincare subject matter expert who will counsel client partners, and take the time to educate other teammates, too. You have hands-on experience executing big campaigns in 360 settings.

We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an opportunity for an Account Supervisor to join our growing CPG & Fitness team!
This Account Supervisor team lead will run critical pieces of our consumer brand, manage account teams and serve as a day-to-day client counselor. An account supervisor (or account director) oversees the success of all client programming including activations, events, media relations and social/digital (influencer) programs, providing strategy, counsel and direction to clients and the junior team. We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an opportunity for an Account Supervisor to join our growing CPG Lifestyle team!
As an Account Supervisor, you are a team lead on running critical pieces of the business, managing account teams and being a client counselor. You’ll manage complex projects, lead and inspire team reports, manage IAT relationships and serve as a client counselor on the PR, partnerships and influencer programming front.
You are a key member of new business pitches as well as selling in projects to clients. The AS is drafting and creating programs and has a large hand in client budgeting. At this level, you have a strong grasp of team and billable work as it relates to staff and client budgeting. You’re expected to be tenacious in motivating teams, inspiring clients as you go above-and-beyond to understand their business and managing up in an effective manager to senior leadership.

What You’ll Bring:
General Executive, Administrative & Group Operations Support
- Provide full suite of administrative support for key leadership, account teams, group operations, including, but not limited to:
- Time and expense reporting
- Preparing and editing internal and external correspondence
- Calendar management and internal/external meeting preparation
- Coordination of scheduling, calendar rearrangement, etc.

- Take detailed notes on all client + partner calls and circulate with next steps internally for review immediately following

- Independently update key account information on a regular basis
- Develop and maintain accuracy of logistical briefing books, including itineraries for clients, spokespersons, and account team members.

Position overview
In this role, you will actively communicate and collaborate with our team of creatives and digital strategists to co-create concepts and content for the digital space (social media, web, etc) through the techniques of 3D, motion, video, and design. Taking on a hands-on, crafting role on projects while also leading and guiding your junior teammates. Your experience has made you well-versed in all aspects of the creative process, from concepts to execution. That experience has also given you a broad understanding in areas of design – from 3D to social media to motion. You’re able to balance both independent and collaborative projects, bouncing from bigger picture tasks to your day-to-day to-dos. Position Overview
The creative team at M Booth is looking for a Project Manager who will work in one of the agency’s integrated teams, and is responsible for planning, overseeing and driving progress on projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several work streams simultaneously. The ideal candidate is very organized, proactive, communicative, and has experience working directly with account teams and clients to track programs and ensure deliverables are on time and within the applicable scope and budget. What You’ll Do:
This position plays a vital role in strategizing, developing, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and create stop-in-your-scroll content for our breadth of clients.

We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an immediate opportunity for a Vice President to join our growing Lifestyle team!
As a Vice President on the Lifestyle team, you will lead some of our biggest and most exciting spirits & beverages brands. You’ll be responsible for running a section of the practice and the growth of accounts as well as the development and execution of client programs. You’ll possess expert client relations skills, people and agency management skills, marketing savvy to sell in new projects and identify new business, lead presentations, and guide your brands to success. You’ll also manage an amazing, passionate and talented team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead top spirits and beverages brands that activate in culture, from Art Basel and Coachella to F1 and the US Open
- Be client relationship lead, and serve as a trusted voice and advisor
- Dissect client business objectives/goals and craft strategies that achieve those goals in a disruptive fashion
- See the future - ID the trends, people, brands that are relevant and complement the clients and work we do
- Develop strategic recommendations and sell-in programming
- Manage a team and all workflow across the full account, including overseeing all programs and managing the budgeting and staffing of the business
- Strengthen relations with and bring relevant tastemakers, brand partners and influencers in to the fold of brands on an programmatic and ad hoc basis
- Report on competitive brand and lifestyle trends to clients; demonstrate ability to be nimble and develop one-of-a-kind “ways in” for brands harnessing these trends
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of marketing experience; experience with alcohol brands a must
- Solid foundation in public relations – both traditional media and digital
- Proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, think strategically and build of-the-moment and future-forward collaborations that transcend culture
- Ability to “roll with it” and be nimble when there are changes to pathways and needs to counsel on pivots
- Experience with tastemaker/influencer ID, negotiation and activation management
- Ability to counsel and provide ongoing strategic POVs
- The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in consumer marketing specifically: traditional public relations, large integrated programming, social strategy, and influencer marketing (paid and organic)
- Ability to command a room and get stakeholder buy-in from multiple channels
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to travel and be in person with clients in their office, at events, and activations (this is required)

- Concepting and executing 360 campaigns
- Managing and mentor ad hoc creative teams

- Manage your day to meet strict deadlines, and prioritize requests
- Own client relationships
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of creative copy experience
- 3-5 years experience as a creative lead
- Portfolio of advertising, video and social content work
- Ability to run photo and video shoots with small to large budgets.
- Experience making creative that gets media coverage
