What You’ll Do:

As Account Director, you’re a team leader running an anchor beauty business for the consumer practice with a lot of opportunity for growth and visibility. Client Leadership

What You’ll Do:

As a Digital Strategist, you’ll be helping oversee owned social channels and key influencer initiatives for an anchor beauty business, with a lot of opportunity for growth and visibility. You’ll manage all aspects of editorial planning and integrated influencer campaigns, from development of strategies to oversight of execution, collaborating with other paid media, and PR leads to ensure holistic programming. You’ll lead and inspire junior staffers; serve as a client counselor; and, most importantly, work with a very talented, very collaborative, and inspiring team that will have your back no matter what. In this role, you help launch a new TikTok channel for an established skincare brand, and manage an existing Instagram channel. You will source new content from creators, manage UGC and map all content to the larger communications calendar.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in digital/social strategy development with expertise across core digital and social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, social & paid social campaign development and management.
  • Managing day-to-day social calendar, content production, publishing, and measurement.
