ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, CONSUMER TEAM

The ever-growing Consumer team has immediate openings for an entry-level role: Account Coordinator.

The AC is the backbone of a successful account team, helping to keep us organized and informed, while also assisting with the execution of integrated communications campaigns. You’ll work on three consumer brands, focusing on PR programs that include earned media storytelling, influencer programming, and bold creative platforms.

Media Relations

  • Capture the attention of national  and regional media by building media lists using resources such as Cision and Muckrack
  • Begin to form relationships with editors at key media outlets
  • Help to craft pitches 
  • Conduct media outreach and secure coverage
  • Monitor for coverage (client and competitive)

Influencer Programming

  • Build influencer rosters
  • Support content review process
  • Collect and report creator metrics

Project Management

  • Serve as coordinator of your team, schedule internal/client calls

  • Oversee brand samples and track inventory 
  • Coordinate deliveries to media and influencers

Measurement & Merchandising

  • Provide ongoing monitoring for client and competitor coverage

We have an immediate opening for an Account Supervisor to join our Consumer Lifestyle Team.  We believe in creativity and thoughtful strategy with the ability to be both nimble and intentional to deliver exceptional work to our clients. What You’ll Do:

As Account Supervisor, you’re a team leader helping run critical pieces of the business. You’ll manage complex projects, lead and inspire those who report to you, and serve as a client counselor on the PR, partnerships, events/experiential and influencer programming fronts, with at least a baseline  knowledge of broader marketing channels. Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Actively provide strategic counsel and be strategic day to day voice for the client

Project Management
