The Account Coordinator (AC) is the backbone of the account team, keeping projects organized, timelines on track, and communications flowing smoothly. You’ll support consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns that include earned media, influencer programming, and creative activations.
What You’ll Do:
Media Relations

We are a collaborative mid-sized agency with an opportunity for an Account Supervisor to join our growing Consumer Lifestyle team!
In this role, you are a team lead on running critical pieces of the business, managing account teams and being a client counselor. You’ll manage complex projects, lead and inspire team reports, manage IAT relationships and serve as a client counselor on the PR, partnerships and influencer/tastemaker programming front.
You are a key member of new business pitches as well as selling in projects to clients. You’ll be developing and creating programs and start to have a large hand in client budgeting. Project Manage Like a Pro
- Drive small-scale projects independently, for example, partnering with external orgs or collaborators to get content live

Work Closely with Clients
- Join client meetings to share social insights and pulse checks in real time
- Review meeting agendas and recaps, drafted by our coordinator, that keep everyone aligned

- Proactively respond to our client emails for the workstreams you manage

Collaborate and Plan Across Teams

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Bring:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior motion designer/video editor to join our growing creative team. This role is crucial for executing and leading engaging visual content across digital platforms, with a significant focus on social media.
You will be responsible for the full cycle of video and animation projects, from organizing footage to final asset delivery. This includes editing raw video, creating motion graphics, developing short-form social-first videos, and optimizing final assets for various platforms. While there is an emphasis on technical execution, this isn’t a production-only role. - Help set and align achievable and stretch media KPIs, including real-time pivots and course-corrections based on changing media landscape.
- Actively monitor for media and macro trends as well as category shifts that could serve a major portfolio of CPG, consumer, lifestyle and b2b brands, including opportunistic culture-jacking moments in time for brand insertion and relevance.
- Provide proactive and reactive senior strategic media counsel to clients, including urgent media issues or response statements.
- Comfortably move across consumer and corporate clients and teams to ask sharp questions and gather critical insights for storytelling
- Lead media strategy in new business pitches, providing expert counsel on media relations strategies, and fostering innovative approaches to drive client and agency success.
Planning:
- Contribute creative thinking alongside Account, Insights and Creative account teams to generate moments within and outside of major news milestones. Vet and strengthen planning ideas to deliver earned results.
- Partner with Account and Measurement leads and apply learnings to future plans.
- Identify growth opportunities for media work across new and existing clients.
Team Leadership:
- Play an integral senior leadership role in M Booth’s Media practice, serving agency accounts across practices, and participate in the agency’s Senior Leadership team meetings.
- Galvanize and lead junior to mid-senior earned media account teams, including mentoring/coaching team members, ensuring constant upskilling and development through direct coaching and leading the agency-wide thought leadership via the Media Connectors Group
- Help the team build and strengthen media relationships that will benefit the agency and our clients – inclusive of those within the broadcast media space (particularly morning, daytime, and business)
- Effectively manage Media staff utilization and flex opportunities.
- Serve as a highly-visible thought leader within the agency and to client partners alike; continually evolve the vision and POV for M Booth’s earned media capability based on an ever-changing landscape.
- Create agency training programs to develop junior talent into skilled media practitioners.
- Be a core part of a team and culture that leads with kindness and humanity and knows how to have a little fun while we’re at it.
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 12 -17+ years of related professional experience.
- Deep experience leading media relations teams and driving coverage across portfolio clients with multiple brands.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency with media monitoring and SEO/GEO tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater, Ahrefs, Semrush, or emerging AI-tracking software).
- Sound creative and strategic media counsel and presentations to executives and building credibility with senior-level client contacts.
- Think strategically, creatively, and holistically about media programs.
- Deep experience in developing integrated media strategies and selling those strategies to current and prospective clients.
- Experience as a media lead in new business pitches is preferred.

- Please note: Our typical range for Vice President, Group Manager is $166,000 - $199,000 and $200,000 - $250,000/year for Senior Vice President. However, this particular position is capped at the range noted above, as we are looking for a blend of two levels. Actual title and compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Our growing Lifestyle team is looking for a VP, Digital/Social.
We are seeking a leader in digital and social media marketing, who also understands influencer and can help holistically guide on where it sits in a broader digital marketing strategy. They should be an inspiring manager and a category expert in digital marketing that others can learn from.
Responsibilities:
- Execute digital/social strategies from concept to completion
- Manage multiple clients across accounts
- Actively lead new business opportunities, from prospecting to pitching
- Provide strong counsel and recommendations, both for clients and internal teams
- Social campaign development, collaborating across digital, creative, analytics
- Work with integrated agency teams to develop plans that meet client goals
- Keep abreast of industry trends and regularly present fresh, proactive ideas to clients that are culture forward and demonstrate how our ideas will move the needle
- Manage third party relationships including vendors and partners
