The findings signal a cross-country and cross-cultural appetite for a uniquely meaningful milestone, with 62% of Americans saying the 250th anniversary is personally important. The majority identify the milestone as a time to celebrate America’s history (88%), as well as its achievements (85%) and values (85%).
