We’re still glowing from last week’s SABRE Awards North America 2023! M Booth won the Diamond SABRE Award for Superior Achievement in Research and Planning for “That’s Good Work” for Pharmavite and our CEO Dale Bornstein took home the industry’s most prestigious Outstanding Individual Achievement honor.
“In my humble opinion: there is no such thing as an individual achievement award in our business. And in the agency world, no one succeeds alone,” Dale said on stage, thanking fellow Boothers, our visionary clients, and our industry partners.
And a bit about our winning Pharmavite campaign: to meet the rapidly-growing demand for its products, Pharmavite had to position itself as a sought-after place to work — fast! So, we launched a research initiative to build a comprehensive 360-view of Pharmavite’s employer brand. Our research fueled a fully-integrated recruitment campaign that we optimized in real-time. The result? Pharmavite saw a record-number of applicants — and conversion rates nearly doubled!
